Are you involved in Scotland’s mountain biking riding and business community? Help the Scottish Mountain Bike Consortium shape the future of the sport by participating in a survey about the new national mountain bike strategy.

Two new surveys, one for riders and another for mountain bike-related businesses, have been created to gather views, experiences and ambitions from across the sector. The insights gathered from this research will inform the next 10-year Scottish Mountain Biking Strategy.

Your feedback is crucial to ensuring the new strategy reflects the priorities, challenges and opportunities facing the riding and business community.

The new strategy will be developed by the Scottish Mountain Bike Consortium (SMBC), a forum with members from:

  • Scottish Government
  • Forestry and Land Scotland
  • Nature Scotland
  • Scottish Land & Estates
  • VisitScotland and its EventScotland team
  • Highlands and Islands Enterprise
  • South of Scotland Enterprise
  • and the cycling organisations across Scotland
