This is Scotland’s flagship industry conference for the events and festivals sector.

About the National Events Conference

Organised by our Events Directorate, the National Events Conference includes speakers from across the events industry. It's held for all those working to create, deliver, and support Scotland’s cultural and sporting events.

The events and festivals sector is a significant contributor to the Scottish economy. Events enhance Scotland's international profile and bring wide-ranging social, wellbeing, and cultural benefits. They also unite and engage our diverse communities.

The conference seeks to highlight the sector's importance and the valuable contribution that it makes. It also provides a forum for discussion around the opportunities and challenges that the sector faces.
