Working with tour operators and other travel intermediaries
Thanks to all the tourism businesses from across Angus, Dundee, Fife and Perth that tuned into our webinar on ‘how to work with the travel trade’ on Thursday 4 November.
The webinar was hosted by Keith Paterson, Intermediary Manager of Industry Development at VisitScotland, with presentations from our Industry Manager, Patrick O'Shaughnessy.
During the webinar we heard how businesses can work with tour operators and other travel intermediaries and understand how they can help you reach more visitors, particularly in overseas markets, and what you need to do to secure that additional business.
We also shared handy tips from businesses who already successfully work with the travel trade and practical advice on why having online booking is so important.
