The winners of the South of Scotland Thistle Awards were announced last week at the regional awards ceremony at Peebles Hydro in the Scottish Borders.
On an evening focused on celebrating the success, hard work and achievements of the tourism and events industry, the historic home of a novelist, an annual book festival and luxury, self-catering lodges were among the winners crowned as regional champions for the 2026 programme.
