Stakeholder toolkit

On the following page, you’ll find information about our new Business Support Hub website.

We need your help in spreading the word about the new website to your members and networks. Your assistance will help us to reach a wider audience and help more businesses with tailored tourism and events support.

This toolkit has been designed to provide you with a range of content you can use across your channels. We’re hoping you can help us to raise overall awareness and use of the Business Support Hub, its resources and advice.

What is the Business Support Hub?

Firstly, let’s begin with an overview of what the Business Support Hub is, and what it’s here to do.

The Business Support Hub is a dedicated digital platform that provides tourism and events businesses access to free tailored advice, resources and opportunities to help them operate and grow their business in a sustainable way.

It’s a central resource hub with easy access to accurate, current and relevant information, guidance and best practice across the sectors, including training and development opportunities.

We want the Business Support Hub to be the go-to place for tailored tourism and event advice and support. Content is available in multiple formats (how to videos, case studies, practical evidence-based articles).

It includes guidance on topics we know are important to businesses like;

  • meeting customer expectations
  • sustainability
  • managing your digital channels
  • working with travel distribution partners

The website you view today is just the beginning in this exciting chapter of our digital journey.

We’ll be constantly working to improve the website, and it’ll continue to evolve. Even over the next few months we’ll be looking to add more tailored content and working with businesses and partners to ensure it meets their needs.
