Scottish Apprenticeship Week 2023

This week is Scottish Apprenticeship Week 2023 (6 -10 March) which highlights the role of apprenticeships in unlocking the potential of individuals and businesses, while supporting the wider economy. 

To celebrate the week, we've interviewed our three Modern Apprentices (MAs) to find out about their apprenticeship experience so far. This year's theme is #Unlocking Potential.

Youth employment forms a vital part of our People Strategy. We've been committed in our support for youth employment for several years and are familiar with seeing a new MAs join the organisation each year, many of whom still work with us today. 

All three of our current MAs completed an SVQ level 3 in their chosen field within their first 12 months with us.
