Thanks for coming!

The Highland Tourism Conference made a comeback with a sell-out event on 29 November 2022. Our event was delivered in partnership with Highland Council and was supported by a number of inspiring speakers and workshop leaders throughout the day.

We welcomed around 200 tourism businesses, organisations and stakeholders to the Kingsmills Hotel in Inverness, for a full agenda to discuss the importance of responsible and sustainable tourism, community tourism, and recovery from the impacts of COVID-19 and facing the current cost of doing business crisis.

We heard from a range of speakers from organisations and partners such as Highland Council, Failte Ireland and Euan's Guide, as well as members of our Industry and Destination Development team.

Delegates also heard from local businesses such as Kyle of Sutherland Development Trust, SCOTO (Scotland's community tourism network), Cairngorms National Park Authority, Wilderness Scotland, Pinewood Steading and Business Energy Scotland.
