Gluten Free Fortnight returns to Forth Valley this autumn from 14 - 29 October. It is dedicated to offering a safe and welcoming experience for individuals living with coeliac disease and those with gluten sensitivities.

This annual culinary celebration aspires to transform Forth Valley into a leading destination for gluten-free dining experiences.

Coeliac disease affects an estimated 1 in 100 individuals worldwide and, a significant portion of the population, while not diagnosed with coeliac disease, actively avoid gluten due to sensitivities or personal dietary preferences.

They have partnered with local businesses to provide gluten free menus and inspiration on social media throughout the fortnight.

In collaboration with Coeliac UK, Forth Valley Food and Drink, and Tyndrum's The Real Food Café, the annual campaign ensures participating businesses receive specialised training to uphold the safety and quality of their gluten-free offerings.

This year's Gluten Free Fortnight promises to be the most extensive and remarkable yet, with an ever-expanding array of food establishments participating throughout the Stirling and Forth Valley region.

We are on a mission to put Forth Valley on the global map as a region that not only understands but celebrates the needs of individuals with coeliac disease or gluten sensitivities.

We believe that everyone, regardless of their dietary requirements, should be able to indulge in a memorable dining experience that is free from worry.
