New world-class livery at Trump Turnberry

This weekend, our Regional Director for Ayrshire and Forth Valley, Lynsey Eckford was invited to cut the ribbon to mark the official opening of the significantly upgraded Turnberry Stables.

A £265,000 enhancement brings the facility in line with the resort's world renowned five-star standards and marks an ambitious step in the resort's plans to develop a world-class equestrian centre.

Previously utilised as a DIY livery yard under local management, the upgraded facility now encompasses 22 high-end stables, offering a comprehensive, full livery service for horse owners.

Positioned adjacent to Turnberry beach and within reach of Culzean Country Park’s off-road hacking trails, Turnberry Stables is now positioned as a premier destination for equestrian enthusiasts seeking exceptional facilities, within the magnificent landscapes of Turnberry.

The expansion of the resort facilities at Trump Turnberry shows the value management and staff place on creating and developing a luxury experience for visitors in Ayrshire. We want to build a thriving, sustainable visitor economy, and tourism investments like this not only support our regional goals but shine a spotlight on Scotland as a world-class destination.
