We recognise that work should support both performance and wellbeing. That’s why we encourage flexible and hybrid working arrangements that enable people to balance professional and personal commitments. Depending on the job, we also offer part-time working, and flexible or compressed hours.
Most of our roles are advertised on a Scotland‑wide basis, with colleagues working across 14 locations.
Full-time employees can take 31.5 holiday days a year, rising to 36.5 days after two years of continuous service and they get five fixed public holidays. You can also buy or sell up to 35 hours (5 days) a year. Annual leave for part-time workers is given on a pro-rata basis.
We’re committed to being a family friendly employer and offer generous family leave such as enhanced maternity, paternity, and adoption leave. Parental leave and shared parental leave are available too.
We believe in continuous learning and investing in our people’s development. Whether you are just starting your career or looking to deepen specialist expertise, we offer opportunities to build skills, confidence and leadership capability.
Our approach includes:
Ongoing learning and professional development with an in-house learning platform with a range of courses
