The VisitScotland Quality Assurance Scheme for venues has been developed in partnership with the industry to provide a comprehensive, independent, accurate assessment of the quality of experience they are offering across all areas of their business.
The scheme is designed to inspire and encourage improvement within the sector, helping every Quality Assurance Member achieve their full potential in providing the best possible visitor experience.
Quality Assurance Membership and displaying your award speaks volumes to your visitors – it demonstrates you take quality seriously.
Who is eligible for the scheme?
The scheme is open to any venue that hosts a programme of public-facing events throughout the year, which visitors can view or book tickets for; this includes theatres, performance venues and exhibition halls. This does not include conference halls or venues that host business or private events.
