Maybe you’re refurbishing your business, looking to achieve a specific Star award or are completely new to the world of tourism altogether?  If so, taking advantage of our advisory service as early as possible within your planning can be invaluable.

Our Quality and Tourism Advisors (QTAs) boast an extensive knowledge and experience that they’re more than happy to share with you. Not only that, but they can suggest useful contacts within our organisation and any other relevant sources of help and advice.

What do I get as part of the advisory service?

  • Insight into current benchmark standards within the industry
  • Detail on what is expected at each Star level, and advice on what you might have to consider when aiming for your desired award
  • Advice on marketing to your target visitor audience
  • Tailored report that can be used as a tool to help with staff training and planning for the future

Virtual advisory call

In advance of the call, you are welcome to share ideas, photographs, blueprints and virtual tours of your business with your QTA. 

We will come prepared to share insights and answer your queries as well as give useful feedback and advice on any digital presence you may already have in place.

In-person advisory meeting

In addition to receiving the same benefits as a virtual advisory call, you might prefer to invite us to meet you in person.

Whether it’s a hard-hat tour of your work in construction, or a show-around a visitor-ready property, why not invite one of our QTAs in to give feedback and advice on the quality of your product as it’s coming to life.
