This event will delve into the findings of the inquiry into the Scottish hospitality industry. This two-year inquiry involved research and extensive engagement with employers and workers in hospitality.

The inquiry report considers fair work practice in the sector. It shows what is working and what issues might exist. It also offers tips on how employers can increase fair work outcomes in their businesses.

The inquiry makes recommendations for the Scottish Government, unions, employers and the Tourism and Hospitality Industry Leadership Group. These recommendations are designed to support and enhance fair work in Scotland’s hospitality industry.
