customer journey. As well as providing information to visitors, we
also deliver information to thousands of tourism businesses on a
range of topics. We use different channels to reach these two

TV/cinema adverts, print adverts and e-newsletters.
We are also in contact with tourism businesses through our
monthly enewsletter the eUpdate to share information on research,
events, marketing campaigns and legislation. We work with tourism
groups to develop joint initiatives.
Our network of 67 iCentres provides a valuable service
to visitors, locals and businesses. They offer an
