Scottish Borders Tourism Partnership
The Scottish Borders Tourism Partnership (SBTP) is a
collective of private and public sector companies working to
promote the tourism industry in the Scottish Borders.
Its main role is to direct the region’s tourism strategy so that it
meets the needs of tourism businesses in the Scottish
The Partnership also acts as a 'hub' for the exchange of ideas,
promotes best practice and raises awareness of relevant issues
amongst the trade, encouraging economic growth in the sector.
The SBTP is made up of sector representatives from across the
tourism industry and the main public sector bodies, such as
VisitScotland and Scottish Borders Council.
