Ayrshire and Arran Tourism Partnership Plan

The Ayrshire and Arran Tourism Partnership Plan focuses on what is achievable and play to the strengths of Ayrshire and Arran. It builds in an element of pride and assertiveness to be taken by the Partnership in driving the Plan forward.

The Partnership Plan supports the tourism strategic aims and activities of the various agencies already involved in developing tourism in the area and adds value to what is already being undertaken by the various agencies and industry. The plan demonstrates additionality to the tourism priorities already in place.

The Tourism Partnership Plan actions have been categorised as high, medium or low priority. This identifies those actions which can be started immediately and which will bring most benefit to the area and those which are longer term and yet still important. The plan is a “live document” and is constantly being updated.

Progress on actions is monitored at every other meeting of the partnership.
