SIGTOA (the Scottish Incoming Golf Tour Operators’ Association) was founded in 1994 by the principal Scottish-based incoming golf tour operators. Membership has recently been expanded to include hotels, golf courses and other suppliers to the Scottish golf tourism industry, plus tour operators around the world which sell the Scottish Golf Tourism product.

The association seeks to become the independent voice in Scottish Golf Tourism by bringing together all who are involved in this sector. It seeks to develop best practice within the industry, plus influencing policy and marketing strategies for the benefit of all.
