Criteria and Guidance Notes for Hotel Accommodation

These assessors’ notes contain information on all the aspects which contribute to the quality grade of your establishment. Details of the percentages (and conditions) required to reach each star grade are given. Each property is recognised by a classification ‘type’, and the range of facilities and services expected in the most appropriate classification for your establishment is contained here.
