Exclusive Use Venue

An Exclusive Use Venue provides accommodation exclusively for one customer or party with a minimum let of one day.

It will normally have a minimum of three letting bedrooms, will hold a residential licence or equivalent and provide a full range of services to guests including all meals.

The following documents are designed to provide you with all the information you need to know about the content and operation of the Exclusive Use Venue Quality Assurance Scheme.
