To maximise the business benefits from ancestral marketing activity in the run up to 2009, you will need to be a member of the Ancestral Tourists Welcome Scheme. The way into the scheme is via the Ancestral Tourists online Training Course operated by Tourist Board Training.
Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum saw over 2 million visitors last year - the most visited attraction in 2007 - a year that saw overall Scottish visitor attraction figures increase by almost 2 per cent.
