Employment Law - What you need to know

You’re most likely familiar with national minimum wage rates however did you know your employees must be given written particulars of their employment within two months of their start date? 


Did you know you must give employees an itemised pay statement on or before the day they get paid? 


What if you or your employee(s) become dissatisfied with some aspect of the relationship or they have a grievance about work or their working conditions? You are obliged to inform employees in writing with details of who to raise a complaint with.


This event will introduce you to the basic employment rights and obligations you must meet as an employer. It is for small to medium sized business owners and line managers.
