Corporate Services manage, and are responsible for, VisitScotland's facilities and procurement , information technology and finance systems and services. Facilities and procurement are also responsible for the organisation's property portfolio.
The Corporate Services directorate consists of three departments:
- Facilities and Procurement
- Information Technology
- Finance
Director of Corporate Services - Ken Neilson

Born and raised in Kilmarnock, Ken is a chartered accountant with extensive experience as both a finance and general management director. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland (CA). After graduating from Glasgow University, Ken joined KPMG where he completed his CA training. Since then he has worked in a number of roles in organisations which were undergoing significant change through integration or either internal or external growth, including British Aerospace, Life Technologies & Serologicals Ltd. |
