Region: Highland and Islands

As regional Director for the Highlands my role is to be the main point of contact, at regional and local level, with key strategic partners including local authorities, enterprise agencies and tourism groups to work to together to increase the value of tourism to the Scottish economy. I am also responsible for VisitScotland's corporate reputation in the region.

I am responsible for delivering the efficient operation of the tourist information centre network covering the Highlands and Islands. This includes management of staff and all products and services offered to visitors. I work closely with the local marketing team, developing partnerships, information provision and maximising opportunities.
